Empowering Kids to Become Architects of Their Own Future.
Our Vision
Thriving Families. Confident Kids. Stronger Communities.
Our vision is to see a generation of kids who understand the power of creating value and are ready to take on the world as thoughtful, skilled, and resilient individuals.
These kids will have the knowledge and tools to build wealth, form meaningful relationships, and live lives driven by purpose.
Our Story
Did you know that 75% of 25-year-olds fail a basic financial literacy test?
We live in a world where young people are stepping into adulthood without the tools they need to thrive — financially, emotionally, and purposefully.
It’s not because they aren’t intelligent. It’s because no one ever taught them how money works, how value is created, or how to lead their lives from purpose. And the cost is devastating—not just in dollars, but in confidence, mental health, and potential.
At Value Creation Kids Foundation, we’re here to change that.

We believe that when a child learns to create value, they begin to see themselves differently. They go from asking “What do I get?” to “What can I give?” They stop waiting to be chosen, and start realizing they can choose themselves. They learn that money isn’t just something to chase—it’s a tool, a language, and a mirror for what we contribute to the world.
Value creation doesn’t just teach skills.
It teaches identity.
It flushes out the kind of individualism that isolates and replaces it with a deeper truth:
→ “I matter because I contribute.”
→ “My worth is not in what I take, but in what I build.”
Our programs are designed to empower kids to become the architects of their own future—to rise with confidence, competence, and character. Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and real-world financial literacy tools, we help them connect their passions to real value.
We don’t just teach financial competency.
We teach personal agency, emotional resilience, and a new definition of leadership.
Because the moment a child realizes they can create something of value…
everything changes.
And when this shift happens on a global scale?
We don’t just raise smarter kids.
We raise a new generation of leaders—grounded, generous, and unshakably free.

As a creative director, I specialize in turning complexity into clarity, friction into flow, and ideas into scalable outcomes. People come to me when something’s stuck, flatlined, or feels like it’s simmering—but not quite boiling over. That’s where I step in.
I stir the mix, challenge assumptions, and push boundaries. I help you see further, think deeper, and execute sharper.

Our Partners
Value Creation is a Team Sport
At Value Creation Kids Foundation, we know that true transformation doesn’t happen alone—it happens through powerful collaborations with people and organizations who share a bold vision for the future. We are proud to partner with Dinner Table, whose groundbreaking programs form the foundation of our work in financial competency, entrepreneurial thinking, and purpose-driven leadership for kids.
Honoring Our Founding Sponsor: Lee Benson
We’re proud to recognize Lee Benson, CEO of ETW (Execute to Win), as the first sponsor of Value Creation Kids Foundation and a visionary partner in our mission.
With over 25 years of experience as a CEO, Lee built and led Able Aerospace, which he sold in a 9-figure acquisition to Textron Aviation. His success was driven by a deep commitment to alignment, culture, and value creation.
As the author of Your Most Important Number and creator of the MIND Method (Most Important Number and Drivers), Lee helps organizations worldwide focus on what matters most. His work has transformed leadership across industries—and now, through Dinner Table, he’s bringing that same wisdom to youth and families.
“When kids learn to create value, they gain the freedom to design their lives.”
Lee’s belief in our mission shaped our foundation from day one. His tools, mentorship, and sponsorship empower us to equip the next generation with the mindset and skills to lead with purpose and financial freedom.
Because of leaders like Lee, we’re not just teaching kids about money—we’re helping them become creators of their own future.
Truth and Reconciliation
Thriving Families. Confident Kids. Stronger Communities.
We acknowledge that Montréal (Tiohtià:ke) has long been a gathering place and a traditional territory for many Indigenous Nations. The Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) Nation are recognized as the custodians of these lands and waters. Tiohtià:ke has also been a meeting place for other First Peoples, including the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe, and Algonquin nations.
This land is part of a complex history of Indigenous presence, displacement, and resilience. Colonization, including the residential school system, attempted to erase Indigenous languages, cultures, and traditions. Its impacts continue to be felt by survivors, families, and communities across Quebec and Canada today.
In the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation, we commit to:
Honouring the Truth: Listening to and amplifying Indigenous voices, stories, and lived experiences, especially those of Survivors and their families.
Educating Ourselves: Learning about the Indigenous Nations of Montreal and Quebec, their histories, treaties, and contributions.
Building Relationships: Creating meaningful partnerships with Indigenous communities based on respect, reciprocity, and understanding.
Taking Action: Supporting the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s 94 Calls to Action and advocating for systemic change in education, justice, healthcare, and culture.
Promoting Language and Culture: Recognizing and valuing Indigenous languages, traditions, and ways of knowing as integral to the identity of this land.
Reconciliation is not a one-time action but an ongoing process of respect, accountability, and solidarity. In Montreal, this means acknowledging both the historic and present-day realities of Indigenous Peoples, while working toward a shared future rooted in justice and mutual respect.
We encourage everyone to learn from the Kanien’kehá:ka Nation and other Indigenous Peoples of Quebec, to reflect on their own role in reconciliation, and to walk together on this journey of healing and truth.
